See Your Baby aim to excel the expectations of their clients. We have a rigorous complaints policy in place and aim to reply to all concerns within three days. Should you feel your complaint is not acted upon in the correct manner or you feel you can not approach the clinic with your concerns we recommend comparing the Care Quality Commission on the below details.
